Main accountabilities:
  • Ensure that employee & industrial relations are compliant with all legal requirements and in line with AB InBev policies
  • Ensure sourcing of right talent as per business request by supporting the recruitment process and negotiating the final offers to be made and by supporting  in execution of panel interviews and assessment centers;
  • Monitor budgets and develop action plans to close budget gaps & accountable for accuracy of data in ZBB people package, VLC W&S & People KPI reporting;
  • Identify training needs and requirements for the Breweries & provide inputs to local PC specialist;
  • Ensure target setting standards & rules are cascaded and communicated;
  • Provide training and communications to develop understanding of competency model and OPR concepts;
  • Ensure timely execution of employee evaluation and OPR discussions and conduct OPR so-what meetings;
  • Ensure talent pipeline development to support execution as per business requirements;
  • Understand engagement survey action plans and drive implementation;
  • Ensure effective execution of Excellence Programs & Management activities.
  • Ensure alignment of rewards plans to business requirements & effective communication;
  • Act as an advisor for the business;
About the candidate:
  • University Master Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline required or an equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of six (6) years’ experience as a Business Partner or department manager, with relevant experience in target area (Brewery operations) or related industries;
  • Computer skills: Microsoft office, ABI HRIS;
  • Knowledge of people technologies, structure is a must;
  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English
