Marketing Manager – Specialities Europe (Temporary contract – 1 year) 

 
As Marketing Manager Specialties you will protect and grow the health of brands within your portfolio (Bosteels (Belgium/France/Netherlands) & Ginette (Belgium/France). All beers with the Specialty domain have huge potential growth opportunity in your assigned regions and business unit ensuring global consistency.  In order to accelerate growth we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can cover, strategic planning and positioning, perform hands on activations  (above and under the line),… This is a diverse and stretching role in terms of tasks, country and brand coverage.
 
Profile:
 
You are able to lead cross functional country initiatives due to your autonomous, hands-on, planning and goal oriented mind-set. Thanks to your persuasion and influencing skills you are able to achieve challenging results and are able to create the perfect alignment between brands and countries
 
 
About the candidate:
Requirements:
  • 4/5 years’ experience in marketing ideally in an FMCG environment
  • French, English and Dutch language skills
  • experience with deadline, quality & budget management
  • strong influencing skills
  • knowledge of brand insights, brand advertisement, trade marketing
  • experience working close with strategic, creative and media agencies
  • a clear demonstration of thinking and acting as an owner
  • broad commercial understanding of challenging European market environment; ability to work with sales and other functions to deliver growth plans, and selling them to customers in joint meetings with sales.
