- University Degree or equivalent
• Critical skills needed for success in this position:
A. Understanding of sourcing tools (SAP, SRM, Emptoris, etc)
B. Analytical skills
C. Ability to conceptualize business impact focused analytics
D. Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding; solicit inputs and provide open candid conversations
E. Establishing collaborative working relationships
F. Languages: English, any other European language would be considered a plus
• Preferred skills for this position:
A. Hands-on procurement / category/ Project management experience
B. Experience and understanding of sourcing and analytics tools such as Ariba, Emptoris, advanced MS Excel
