HR Master Data Specialist


Purpose of the Job
  • Manage Payroll Administration related processes
  • Manage employee master data related requests/queries
  • Monitor and track employee master data
  • Manage employee reference requests
  • Deal with time management
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports
  • Handling urgent issues
  • Update related process documentation
  • Act as back-up for other activities
  • Perform additional tasks upon Team Lead request
  • Escalate / Solve system related queries/issues

Accountabilities
  • Assist with the responsibility for the full Payroll related administration
  • Review information received from customers for its accuracy and the correct authorization
  • Assist with the responsibility for entering payroll and core details on SAP to ensure cut off dates met
  • Input time management data of employees in Employee database (SAP)
  • Assist with the responsibility for typing contracts, changes of terms & conditions and other HR related letters
  • Input complete details for new starters in Employee database (SAP)
  • Input all changes of contract details in Employee database (SAP)
  • Input exits in Employee database (SAP)
  • Update Personal data in the Employee database (SAP)
  • Assist with the responsibility for the production of the daily interface process from SAP to the Payroll system
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports
  • Perform system tests when required
  • Liaise with finance to ensure cost codes are correct in SAP 
  • Support employees with issues in the Sharp Portal
  • Train and assist new staff, as appropriate
  • Help to ensure that objectives as laid down in the Service Level Agreements are met, providing each customer with a consistently high level of service
  • Take part in the Level 5 documentation of the team processes and keeps it updated
  • Keep required databases, templates and documentations up to date on a daily basis according to internal policies and other requirements applicable
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Team lead
  • Look constantly for quality improvement on processes
  • Participate in the preparation of the mid and end month payroll closing
  • Perform internal quality checks
  • Participate in external/internal audits
  • Participate in improvement projects relating to the field
  • Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks with team
  • Ensure full compliance with AB InBev standards, policies and procedures
About the candidate:
Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education
  • University degree in related fields (Finance, HR) or experience on a related field 
Experience
  • Detailed working experience with databases is an advantage
  • Working experience in reporting is an advantage
  • SSC experience

  • SAP-HR knowledge is an advantage
Language skills
  • English: Fluent in speaking, reading and writing
  • French: minimum intermediate level
  • Fluency in another European language is a strong advantage
