YOUR JOB

Single point of contact for all consignment topics (supervision of the process before peaks, execution of orders and follow up on actual status with involved ABI parties and external customers)

YOUR MAIN DUTIES


  • Coordination the finished goods flows and empties flows of consignment within  GSA 1st tier  network (between Corona warehouse and the German Breweries and distribution centers)in an effective and optimal way taking into account the cost impact, stock availability and customer requirements (internal and external), without jeopardizing service level
  • Determination of the consignment stock volume that is/must go into the market (HL) per brand/customer/pack type
  • Stock management - right finished goods/empties are available at the right location in the 1st tier network at the right moment
  • Escalates unsolved issues to the right business SPOC
  • Analysis of stock age for finished goods inventories, identifies risks and liaises with business SPOCs to alleviate the risk
  • Follow up Service level performance
  • Support to structural improvements (PDCA & Risk Management follow-up) & projects, SLA, KPI and Excellence Program dashboard tracking support
  • Reacts on demands and questions and solves issues from the business

YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Logistics/supply chain roles (stock management, planning, scheduling) is a need
  • Experience from FMCG environment

YOUR LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Fluent or native German & English knowledge in order to be able to communicate with internal and external parties
YOUR EDUCATION LEVEL / TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Education level: Graduate degree
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP / System minded
