Internal Control Analyst

As Internal Control Analyst you are part of the team responsible for the creation and strategy of the global internal control framework. You will execute Control Reviews at Corporate level and coordinate the Control Execution on Global, Zone and Country level.

Key responsibilities:

- Defining our global internal controls framework and global control policies.
- Coordinate and interact with the local internal control teams on a day-to-day basis to explain our control framework and policies as well as facilitate best practice sharing.
- Testing, reviewing and coordinating the SOX controls for our: GHQ entities, Global Consolidation and Entity Level Controls.
- Global consolidation and reporting of all Countries’ controls self-assessments.
- Planning, developing, training and administrating the Finance Excellence Program (FEP).
- Global consolidation and reporting of all Countries’ quarterly FEP assessments.

About the candidate:
Your profile:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Applied Economics or Engineering
- First solid experience in audit or internal control (exposure to SOX is an asset)
- Expertise in process and risk management in order to analyze our processes and provide insights on risks and controls
- Good knowledge of SAP Automated Internal Controls, Segregation of Duties, and overall System security (knowledge of IFRS and CIA) are assets
- Knowledge of a Shared Services Center – related interaction and management – is a plus
- Good communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language is an asset (e.g. Spanish to have an impact on the South American market)
- Exposure to the FMCG sector is considered a plus
- Willing to travel  (approximately 25% of working time)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work relatively independent
- Strong drive for superior performance, accuracy and precision
- Self motivator, capable of leading and motivating others
