Trade Marketing Manager Off-Trade  

As Trade Marketing Manager Off-Trade, you will be on charge of the whole Off-Trade activation on the Belgian territory and get a lot of visibility as you are at the heart of the organization. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Trade Marketing Western Europe and will manage 4 Trade Marketing Executives. 

Key responsibilities: 
- Develop and evaluate exciting activations, promotions and POS material in line with the strategy (next events: FIFA WORLD CUP, TOMORROWLAND) 
- Elaborate and implement the whole operational plan (full promo plan, revenue management, complete channel revue,…) 
- Manage the full business cycle (strategy, delivery,…)  
- Management, follow up and reporting of the Off-Trade Marketing Budget 
- Training and coaching the High Potential field force 
- Meeting clients in order to negotiate and sett up the best annual strategies 
- Create and define the whole POC segmentation - Develop the "Market Programs" of AB Inbev’s Sales Excellence Program

About the candidate:
Minimum requirements:

- You are driven by data and have strong analytical skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Studies
- Experience in FMCG Sales/Marketing/Trade Marketing is mandatory
- Entrepreneurial mindset, result driven, make-it-happen behavior
- Proactivity is key!
- Strong Project Management skills and ownership and resilience will help you thrive
- Strong commercial, selling, and influencing skills are required to drive the business from the inside
- Knowledge of the Belgium market
- Being a Team Player is good but not enough, we are looking for a captain!
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
