The role of the  People Performance Expert (HR) is to plan, coordinate and execute the People Cycle processes within Europe Zone. Working in a close collaboration with the Learning & Talent Lead Europe and the PC Support Team Lead in Prague.


  • Execute People Cycle Processes, by supporting the L&T Lead, Create the Communication Plan for the next year cycle following the Global guidelines
  • Pro-actively come up with improvement ideas for the people cycle, escalate issues/risks to the Manager to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments within and between BSC(s) to ensure effective and timely end to end process execution
  • Talent Management Strategy:  understand the talent management strategy and create toolkit (training materials) to be sent over to the business, suggest talent management program adjustment for the next year cycle
  • Overall Performance Monitoring: analyze the result of the 180/360 competency appraisals, guide the business through the company OPR (Organizational Performance Review) process, support the PDP (Personal Development Plan) Process
  • Train and communicate employees and managers in OPR concepts
  • Define OPR meeting schedules, list of OPR meeting participants and ensure the high quality of the OPR meeting presentations in cooperation with the L&T Lead and PC Support Team Lead
  • Guarantee that all employee are rated during OPR process and Feedback is delivered to them in time
  • Being the Centre of Excellence for Talent Management: understand the rules and requirements for the process and follow up on a monthly basis with the different stakeholders
  • Own the talent management KPI of Talent Management (People Cycle, Talent Groups, Internal Employee Turnover), understand the calculation method and create evidences for the results
  • Track and monitor the results on a monthly basis with the stakeholders (L&T Lead and local People Teams over Europe)
  • Report the results to the Zone EP Team
  • Prepare materials 2 times in a year for Global EP Audit (July, December)

About the candidate:

  • Degree in related fields (Economics, HR…) or experience on a related field is a must
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Big database management skills
  • Ability to produce and analyze data to assist in reporting and problem solving
  • Proactive in anticipating challenges and highly responsive in solving issues and responding to client needs
  • Thrives on working in a fast moving environment, creative, where managing ambiguity is a motivator
  • Proactively increases own knowledge, benchmark for new methods for talent management
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to present effectively via PowerPoint and Excel
