Global Acceleration Project Leader


Purpose of the Job: 
  • Manage one strategic projects / platform in accordance with our ways of working (project management, Commercial & Technical Innovation Factory guidelines…)
  • Lead GITEC Performance Management process (Key Performance Indicators, optimization of departmental meetings, technical and commercial innovation portfolio management, best practices sharing, projects status reporting, standardization, adherence to key processes, alignment across zones and functions…
  • Act as a change agent: lead organizational and/or departmental changes linked to performance improvement programs & initiatives in support of continuously increasing the company effectiveness and capability; 
  • Lead Commercial Innovation Factory (CIF) Portfolio management
  • Lead I&T Pillar step-up program
  • Lead organization of key Supply events (e.g. Technoweek, Ways Of Working workshop …)

Accountabilities:

  • PMO/Project Management:
    • Support PMO strategy set-up
    • Lead target set-up, cascading and tracking & monitoring
    • Perform portfolio management within the PMO
    • Manage key PMO/Project communication
    • Document key learnings & ensure cross-fertilization
    • Ensure compliance with our ways of working (I&T Pillar)
  • Performance Management:
    • Track the performance (teams efficiency, commercial and technical innovation portfolios of projects, adherence to ways of working…) of GITEC/ZITEC
    • Propose changes to improve performance (new/modified KPIs, leaner processes, more efficient ways of working...)
    • Lead the implementation of those improvements (change management, communication with key stakeholders, develop trainings, monitor adoption of new ways of working…)
  • Lead the best practices process within GITEC/ZITEC (collect ideas for best practices, ensure quality of data, coordinate with areas owners for validation, communicate to stakeholders, track adoption, lead the recognition system)
  • Use, improve, develop KPIs to best manage the portfolio of CIF projects. Align with GITEC and Marketing stakeholders. Track and monitor the projects performance. Make projections and compare against targets and CIF Dream. Make recommendations and align with stakeholders on how to optimize the portfolio.
  • Lead the step-up of our ways of working program (Innovation & Technology Pillar). Define a 3 Year Plan in alignment with the block owners. Lead the implementation of this 3YP. Track the completion.
  • Lead organization of key Supply events (e.g. Technoweek, Ways Of Working workshop …):
    • Validate dates with key stakeholders
    • Coordinate logistics with administrative assistants and facility manager
    • Ensure proper communication
    • Manage budget

About the candidate:

Requirements: 
  • University degree in a relevant applied science or engineering area (bio-sciences, chemistry, food, brewing, mechanical etc...).
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal leadership
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence people
  • Considers receiving feedback as an opportunity to grow
  • Critical thinking, ability to challenge and give feedback
  • Result oriented with respect to quality, costs, timing
  • Multi-disciplinary project management capabilities within development / processing area.  
  • Experience working in multicultural environment in different Zones and Operations
  • Experience in a continuously changing business environment
  • Ability to summarize and prioritize
  • Ability to mobilize people to drive improvements
  • Speed, flexibility, sense of urgency; ability to react to demands and stick to deadlines
  • Fluent English (written & spoken C2), other language skills constitute an asset
  • Motivation through challenge
  • Ready to travel trips (1 week) in other geographical Zones (max 10-15% of the time)
  • Technical knowledge inside the area of brewing and packaging / draft are a plus
  • High level knowledge of software programs, specially Excel (advanced) (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project…)
