4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required
5+ years experience of service delivery management and / or project management
Experience in IT operations of in- & outsourced models incorporating on/off/near shoring
Good understanding of business processes, preferably within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
Budget/costs management skills
Experience in working in a multi-national environment
Experience working with teams spread across different geographies
Financial and planning experience
Salesforce Certification in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud or proven experience is a must.
Good understanding on how business processes translates into technology
Deep analytical skills – e.g. root cause analysis, problem management
Additional Project Management experience while deploying Salesforce solutions is an advantage
Ownership to drive results and strive for excellence
Strong ability to turn opportunities into actions
Understand strategies & translate into day-to-day activities
Excellent communication and writing skills
High level of service mind-set
Management skills, including delegation, coordination, planning & reporting
