IT/IS Commercial Performance Manager


1. Purpose of the Job
  • Take full ownership of all Commercial environment, including outbound interfaces to satellite systems
  • Ensure reliable, stable & performant operations aiming to avoid/minimize business disruptions
  • Perform/coordinate all required activities to support the environment, leveraging best practices in application maintenance & support
  • Manage vendors and align with internal teams to deliver according to SLA & agreed costs
  • Drive, together with Project Team, roadmap of improvements and future developments to the platform
  • Communicate with different parties to ensure alignment and clarify on actions and agreements

  • Be confronted with a complex & fragmented IT landscape incorporating various different technologies
  • Deliver against best practices according to rules, guidelines and policies of AB InBev

  • Internal: Application & Infrastructure Architects; Basis Team; Expert users; BEC team; IT/IS Service Managers, IT/IS Performance Managers, IT Project Managers, IT Contract Managers, IT & business directors
  • External: Service Desk providers, Infrastructure and application service providers and other local suppliers
3. Accountabilities
  • Interact/communicate with Technical Teams to ensure all short, medium & long-term actions have been identified & aligned to avoid application downtime caused by technical issues
  • Ensure all Commercial system components are functioning flawlessly, including the development platform, data dictionary & relational database
  • Ensure interface technology set-up & sizing is satisfying the changing & dynamic application landscape
  • Analyse & evaluate interface monitoring results to identify short, medium & long-term actions to avoid interface bottlenecks
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, follow up on actions logs, improvements list, …
  • Owner of downtime process, release process & lifecycle management process
  • Act as an escalation point towards IT community for critical technical issues
  • Manage vendors to deliver according to defined SLAs and according to specific budget constraints
  • Provide input to contract managers, project teams, management, …
  • Ensure budget control over spending for respective area, immediately flagging issues & deviations
  • Make sure ITIL processes in place (e.g., incident, problem, change, etc management)
  • Arrange required metrics to measure performance of applications & vendors
  • Continuously work on simplification of  environment & performance improvements
  • Support analysis of key issues and drive root cause analysis of problems
  • Collect and share best practices – propose own best practices
  • Establish required reporting routine within AB InBev and with vendors
  • Identify, inform and mitigate risks – risks management
  • Establish a routine to collect and pass documentation/knowledge to helpdesk, between vendors and within AB InBev (incl. Zones)
  • Establish required controls to predict possible issues (e.g., Sev 1 incidents, performance degradation, etc) and mitigate business disruption
  • Make sure Commercial landscape is running according to the original design (architecture, sizing, communications, etc)
  • Make sure sufficient/effective backup/restore is arranged as well as DRP processes

About the candidate:
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education
  • University degree level or equal by experience, combining Information Technology and Business management
Experience
  • 5+ years experience of service delivery management and / or project management
  • Experience in IT operations of in- & outsourced models incorporating on/off/near shoring
  • Good understanding of business processes, preferably within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
  • Budget/costs management skills
  • Experience in working in a multi-national environment
  • Experience working with teams spread across different geographies
  • Financial and planning experience
Technical competencies
  • Salesforce Certification in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud or proven experience is a must.
  • Good understanding on how business processes translates into technology
  • Deep analytical skills – e.g. root cause analysis, problem management
  • Additional Project Management experience while deploying Salesforce solutions is an advantage
