Becks Internal Communication Specialist

1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Internal Communication Team Member GSA/UK is responsible for creating, sending, and putting together internal communications messages and updating our internal communication platform for this scope.

2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Ensures the smooth running and ongoing maintenance of communication channels
  • Evaluates and analyses channels and proposes future development options 
  • Understanding of communications discipline within the AB InBev business environment and thorough understanding of its structure and operation
  • Management of online channels, input on SharePoint Portal, ensuring content is current and created/supplied in a timely manner
  • Helping to compile and write copy for standard communications and sourcing news stories
  • Creation of weekly and monthly flashes (ad hoc emails)
  • Creation of presentations for standard meetings
  • Translation of communiations from English to German and vice versa
  • Ad Hoc communication
  • Helping to co-ordinate internal initiatives, events
About the candidate:
3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Education
  • Degree in related fields (Corporate communication, HR) or experience on a related field
Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of online communications tools and activities
  • Ability to work as part of a team and alone using own initiative 
  • Good organizational skills
  • Use of office productivity tools (MS Office, etc.)
  • Worked with business and communication
  • Advanced level PowerPoint knowledge is a must
  • Language skills
  • Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing 
  • Fluent German
  • Other European language is an advantage (French/Dutch/Russian)
