Legal Counsel

Band: 6B

As a Legal Counsel at Anheuser-Busch InBev you will be involved in the current day-to-day business, new and ongoing projects and it will be your responsibility to advice on various topics of the different  business areas. You will work on legal matters that include national and international questions .
Main accountabilities

• Providing strategic and constructive legal advice to internal stakeholders

•   Developing tactical and practicable solutions corresponding to our internal compliance requirements
•   Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of agreements
•   Advising especially on the following areas:
  • Corporate Law
  • Antitrust Law
  • Competition Law
  • Lease and Real Estate Law
  • Distribution Law
  • M&A
About the candidate:

• Fully qualified lawyer for Germany with above-average state examination (at least "satisfactory")

•  Several years of professional experience in a company or law firm

• Ideally, first professional experience in/with the consumer goods industry as well as experience abroad  (e.g. LL.M.)

• Entrepreneurial thinking, distinctive negotiation skills and high mobility

•  Strong communication and persuasion skills relating to high level contacts inside

•  Team Player

•  Business fluent English skills
