PMO & Change Management Lead


1. PURPOSE OF ROLE
PMO, Routine & Financial Cycle Planning Lead is responsible for supporting Europe Solutions PMO routines, business cycle, strategic and operational planning activities

2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
PMO:
  • Lead Zone Solutions Operating Model
  • Project Portfolio Management - manage a framework of information sharing and consistent reporting across the solutions portfolio of projects
  • Drive overall Change Management & Communications inside of Solutions
Savings:
  • Highlight issues to VC team and Solutions Leadership team, to allow follow up in Zone/ Functional PRPs
  • To consolidate savings achieved by initiative, by Zone and for Global Solutions
  • Track and report on a routine basis integration synergies status and realization. Ensure Solutions GHQ leadership and zone leadership have visibility on savings initiatives progress
  • Hold initiative meetings to discuss all the initiatives & status with a core committee & all initiative owners. Liaise with GHQ on status of global initiatives
  • Maintain initiative tracker, status and reporting files
  • Maintain proof of completion of initiatives and savings generated
Routine:
  • Drive Zone Solutions Agenda & Planning
  • Consolidate PRP Actions & Reporting
  • Sharing best practices for submissions (ppt & excel)
  • Follow up with all actions, arrange meetings to close actions, manage escalations to ensure work can continue
  • Create reporting decks for PRPs,  ManCom meetings
Financial Cycle:
  • 1YP & 3YP: timetable & planning: organising status checks with Solutions ManCom
3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
  • The European Solutions organization is working to move to an integrated Operating Model in order to ensure timely and high quality delivery of projects and operations.
About the candidate:
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Knowledge and Experience Required
  • Postgraduate Financial qualification
  • 3-5 Years relevant post qualified experience
  • Working knowledge of accounting, budgeting and forecasting principles
  • Proven ability to work under pressure against tight and dynamic dead-lines, by prioritising and delivering
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience working with teams from diverse cultures and in complex organisational structures
  • Advanced numeracy, accuracy & excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint other Microsoft Office skills
  • Relevant experience in large multinational FMCG companies
