PMO & Change Management Lead 

As PMO & Change Management Lead you are responsible for supporting Europe Solutions PMO routines, business cycle, strategic and operational planning activities.
  • Project Portfolio Management - manage a framework of information sharing and consistent reporting across the solutions portfolio of projects
  • Drive overall Change Management & Communications 
  • Create/drive Routines: Agenda & Planning - Actions & Reporting -  best practices for submissions - Create reporting decks 
  • Financial Cycle: Develop 1 Year & 3 year plans

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong in people and team development 
  • Master/MBA degree 
  • Working knowledge of accounting, budgeting and forecasting principles
  • Proven ability to work under pressure against tight and dynamic dead-lines, by prioritizing and deliveringGood problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to determine the impact of an issue quickly to prioritise further work
  • Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyse and resolve specific problems
  • Ability to work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
