Key Account Manager

 
Primary Purpose of Position 
  • Management of Regional Off Trade Accounts with the main objective to reach the budget volumes and profitability in line with the commercial strategy of the channel.
  • Negotiation of the annual agreement / contract with the objective to develop:
  • 1/ the distribution of our focus brands (Corona / Budweiser / Leffe)
  • 2/ the optimal promotion and activation plan
  • Key of success
  • Analyse the market information (internal sell-in, Nielsen) to ensure business understanding and adapted propositions
  • Define joint business plan with the accounts to ensure a win-win partnership
  • Ensure a good communication with the Field Sales Manager to execute the business plan with excellence in the points of sales
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Key account management actions
  • Elaborate an annual business plan of your accounts, in line with the channel strategy, and ensure its application in the points of sales.
  • Generate efficient business reports, analysing the activity on a weekly basis and identfy action plans
  • Create routines with support departments to review the business and the projects on going       
 
Main Accountabilities:
  • Deliver volume & profitability targets of the accounts
  • Distribution and visibility of our brands
  • Promotional activity
  • Activations in store
  • Negotiation & Implementation of annual Business Plan with accounts.
  • Management of the investment budget and the return on investment of the actions.
  • Collaboration with internal support department (Logistics, Supply, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Legal, …)
  • Elaboration of a precise sales forecast, for every customer, on a monthly basis.
About the candidate:
Education:
  • Master Degree or equivalent by experience
Experience:
  • Minimum a first experience in sales area, with ideally negotiation of Accounts
Negotiation and Sales skills
  • Customer / solutions oriented
  • Strong in Analytics : abiilty to build and implement strong action plans.
Attitudes:
  • Focused on results, think big, outside of the box.
  • Highly self-motivated and conscientious.
  • High reliability, integrity.
  • Strong communication skills: building relationships, ability to listen. 
  • Team worker.
  • Flexibility, adaptability. 
  • Capacity to learn in and manage stressful situations.
Travel: 
  • Regular travels throughout the Spanish country
Languages:
  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish
  • Advanced level of English
