Cost Controls & Financial Analysis (ZBB) Manager 

As a Cost Controls & Financial Analysis Manager you are responsible for coordinating the business planning process (strategic plan, budget, latest estimates) across all functions of the business unit.

It’s your task to ensure the financial target setting is in place, analyze, challenge and validate the financial performance, monitor the fixed costing activities and review the adherence/compliance with related budgets and policies.

You will prepare, analyze and explain management information to different layers of the business (up to Director/VP level) and proactively challenge them where needed. 

About the candidate:
What we expect from you: 
• Strong communicator with excellent relationship/stakeholder management skills 
• Act as a Financial Business Partner 
• Capable of succeeding in a fast paced, challenging environment. 
• Able to take initiative in order to ‘get things done’ 
• Dare to challenge people where needed 
• Good business and commercial understanding
• First experience in Finance or related fields   
• Work experience in a multi-national environment is a plus
• Good level of English language is required, knowledge of German, French or Dutch is a plus
• Strong organization skills
