PURPOSE OF ROLE
  • Assume responsibility for the design, development and delivery of Solutions, including technology, process & organizational changes
  • Perform detailed project planning and manage project execution according to plan & within defined budget
  • Responsible for resource planning and resource coordination including third party suppliers
  • Responsible for stakeholder management, incl. organization of project Steering Committees
  • Close cooperation with internal customers and peers in the Solutions team (i.e. innovation, demand & operations teams) to ensure E2E success of solutions incl. realization of business benefits
  • Set-up routines to monitor & track the compliance of delivery with standard methodology, ensuring delivery occurs in uniform way with the right speed and quality
  • Work closely together with procurement department to identify, select and develop suitable implementation partners
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Delivery Management
  • Define detailed project plans & build roadmaps to implement solutions
  • Manage key strategic projects that are vital for the internal customer community
  • Ensure new solutions are linked to concrete business KPIs and that successful delivery results in achieving concrete business benefits
  • Ensure delivery is compliant with overall delivery methodology, including internal audit & architectural requirements
  • Active participation in solution shaping phase
  • Budget responsibility and follow up – ensure business case has been delivered or adapted during project lifecycle
  • Manage IT related risks
  • Track, escalate and resolve issues 
  • Ensure proper handover to support team with expected service levels
  • Conduct post-implementation review

About the candidate:

Level of educational attainment required
  • MBA/Engineering/Technical University degree Level 
Previous work experience required
  • Some experience in working on outsourcing models
  • Some level of project management experiences
  • Some level of business process expertise
  • Some degree of solution expertise within functional domain

  • Strong IT background required. Experience with business/solution analysis and customization/programming. Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Word & MS-Powerpoint. SAP knowledge is an advantage. Knowledge of key infrastructure concepts & components (data center, network, workplace, security).
