Tech Sales Manager

1. Purpose of the Job

The Team Member is responsible for identifying sales opportunities through in depth data analysis and implementing technical solutions into the field to assist the day to day sales.

2. Business environment

Main characteristics:
  • Work in a fast paced environment

  • Work with a variety of systems for report generation
  • Analysis of standard processes and new demand to ensure the continual drive for sales improvement
  • Provide proactive communication to key stakeholders
Key dimensions:
  • Manage data and reporting delivery from our off shore team to the business with SLA’s
  • Individual and / or team KPI’s as defined within the ABI Target Setting Process
  • New efficiency implementation in key field processes
  • New process design / current process redesign

  • Zone and BU Commercial Team
  • Local Back Office Employees
  • GCC Employees
  • Other Internal Employees (e.g. Field Sales)

3. Accountabilities
  • Execute all assigned projects and activities to the given assignment plans.
  • Manage requests received from the Business /other contacts in accordance with defined criteria
  • Ensure process  provision from the GCC is documented by them is kept up to date
  • Be aware of GCC roles and responsibilities and act to ensure no duplication of responsibility/task
  • Act as an expert user / 3rd line support for defined sales systems (E.g. Cognos, Sellfi, CSR and Salesforce)
  • Seek out efficiency savings (both time and cost) in new ways of working and standard and structure
  • Provide in depth  analysis, recommendations and new process design
