Qualifications, Skills and Experience required in the role
Commercial experience essential, ideally in an FMCG environment
Proven experience to deliver challenging results and clear demonstration of project management and critical thinking
Good knowledge of our business or clear aptitude to understand it – with a strong understanding of the customer, and an in depth understanding of the consumer
Proven ability to build relationships and teams, leading to successful cross functional initiatives
Clear demonstration of thinking and acting as an owner exercising financial acumen and making sound judgments
Has taken ownership of his / her personal development
Deliver the ongoing Market Activation strategies for DGO Portfolio.
Total ownership of customer and consumer activation and category plans across brands in your area.
Provide direction and input towards Sales, Trade Marketing and customers concerning brand related issues
Develop & maintain key processes & disciplines to ensure required targets are achieved.
Develop and lead innovation (Explore and Exploit) agenda in relation to events and digital activations
