Business Designer Inventory Deployment

Crucial role in in delivering a key transformational project together with the project manager: organize fit/gap workshops, clarify requirements, support design, built, testing, cutover, post go-live, manage testers, function as an SME

Identify and implement opportunities for workload reduction and automation. Challenge established ways of working.
Organize value creation workshops. Assess expected savings and methodology to deliver
Organize fit/gap workshops, design workshops, technical testing, design UAT scripts, manage UAT, manage issue resolution prior to and post go live.
Monitor progress of initiatives, track cost vs plan, track estimated benefit vs initial estimates.
About the candidate:


  • Being able to think out of the box. Have good common sense. Be able to challenge Center leads, Macro Process Leads, Process Leads, Functional owners on established ways of doing things in order to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Really be able to drive the discovery process, challenging of ways of working, and implementation of initiatives
  • Able to work independently, take initiative to make things happen
  • Highly structured and systematic approach to delivering solutions
  • Customer oriented work standards / approach


  • Fluent in English. Good communicator both orally and in writing.
