Control Reporting Manager
(FTC 8 months – starting mid March’18)

Job Purpose
The Finance Control Reporting Manager is responsible for managing accounting and reporting activities for the UK business, according to internal /external accounting and reporting standards. This includes overseeing the operational activities performed to close the books on a regular periodic cycle and consolidating all the financial data as dictated by global and local regulatory and statutory reporting.

General Accounting & Financial Reporting
Manage the processing of transactions and organization’s ongoing financial records by GCC (Service center), including general ledger transactions, provisions and pensions
Manage all operational activities performed to close the books on a regular periodic cycle (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
Preparation of financial statements under local statutory requirements
Compiling financial data for consolidation of corporate and business unit financial reports according with legal requirements and well as AB Inbev policies and procedures
Monitoring and forecasting cash flows and core working capital positions along with the CF manager
Ensure proper internal controls environment 

Measure and demonstrate compliance with MICS and FEP (internal compliance programs)
Verify that appropriate action is taken where areas of non-compliance are identified (monitoring activities for continuous improvement)
Liaison with internal audit teams to ensure best practices are adhered to
About the candidate:

Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education • University degree in Economics, Business and related field required. • Qualification in relevant accounting profession (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or 5+ years experience in financial accounting role Experience • Good business and commercial understanding • Experience in working in an ERP environment is a plus • Experience in working in a multi-national environment is a plus • Well developed accounting skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Behavioural Competencies • Work in a multi-cultural environment • High level of service mindset • Excellent analytical and strong organization skills; adheres to deadlines; • Highly results focused. • Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and peers • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. • Ability to build productive working relationships across functional areas. • Capable of being entrusted with “confidential” information. • Good interpersonal skills Technical competencies: (Job related) • Good analytical and problem solving skills • Computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc); • Flexibility • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; • Strong influencer, able to challenge management and staff where appropriate • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
