Commercial Supply Manager Italy

Role & Responsibility

Building and maintaining relationships with the supply chain counterparts in our customers. Define and monitor KPI and service level and participate to the contract negotiation with Sales for the Logistic topics. Identify opportunity to improve service and to create efficiency in our Logistic cost.

Define Service Plan for selected customers to increase A) Supply Chain Efficiency, B) Administrative Efficiency  and C) collaborative Demand Generation. 
  • Gather and analyze KPIs on customer level to understand current service and efficiency levels as well as KPI evolution
  • Analyze existing agreements and ongoing service initiatives with customers to understand adherence and status as well as progress on service improvements
  • Align with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistic Execution and Sales (KAMs) to identify improvement opportunities, i.e. profitable initiatives or agreements to be targeted at with specific customer (e.g. order frequency, collaborative planning, EDI, etc.) allowing for segment service standards
  • Fulfill customer specific Service Plan Template in alignment with defined Service Targets with customers’ segment allocation as preparation of customer meeting
Lead and monitor implementation of Service Plan
  • Trigger and follow up improvement actions & service initiatives resulting from Customer Meetings 
  • Ensure implementation to Service/ Collaboration Agreements
  • Conduct Customer Meetings with selected customers to discuss and agree on Service Plan (current collaboration, service performance and potential improvement opportunities)
  • Monitor adherence to agreed Service Levels, Targets and Agreements (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Review and ensure up-to-date Customer Segmentation, Service Catalogue and Service Targets per Segment according to Service Strategy

Strategic Project and Process management
  • Management and implementation of projects in the logistic area in cooperation with the Business unit and the zone in order to optimize our Italy operations and standardize with other European countries.

About the candidate:
Qualifica e competenze richieste per il ruolo.

  • Degree in Economics or Engineering and at least 3 years in a similar role in a FMCG company 
  • Good knowledge or better experience in Sales department
  • Deep knowledge on Logistics and Supply chain
  • Analytical and facts and figures decision
  • Negotiations Skills (internal and external)
  • Project Management experience
Technical skills:
  • SAP-R3 ERP 
  • Windows application
  • Microsoft Office
  • Team working
