Main purpose of the job:
  • Lead execution coaching of Sales Reps (joint market visits, coaching & development of Sales Reps)
  • Improving execution performance Out of Home in Spain (POCE analysis, development of action plans)
  • Management of agencies to create brand flagships and branding catalogues for the on-trade; also provide feedback to create new Trade MKT material in Spain
  • Support to execute the experiential marketing plan for our global brands (festivals, brand activations for Corona & Budweiser)
  • Creation of training materials for internal Sales Reps and Wholesaler Managers
Main accountabilities / KPIs:
  • Implement the right use of material to improve our execution out of home
  • Implementation of coaching routes with Sales Reps
  • Number of brand flagships implemented
  • Regular communication with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics and suppliers
  • Budget control of investment in defined projects - activations and promotions in Spain (on trade channels)
  • Number of brand activations implemented
About the candidate:


  • Degree or equivalent by experience


  • Minimum a first experience in sales area, with ideally negotiation of Accounts
  • Negotiation and Sales skills
  • Customer / solutions oriented
  • Creativity
  • Business / Industry awareness
  • Strong in Analytics : ability to build and implement strong action plans.


  • Focused on results, think big, outside of the box.
  • Highly self-motivated and conscientious.
  • High reliability, integrity.
  • Strong communication skills: building relationships, ability to listen.
  • Team worker.
  • Flexibility, adaptability.
  • Capacity to learn in and manage stressful situations.


  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish
