Head of Tech Sales  - UKI

Location: Luton
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 total package dependent on experience

Job Description:

The Team Member is responsible for identifying sales opportunities through in depth data analysis and implementing technical solutions into the field to assist the day to day sales.

Main characteristics:
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Provide high level of internal customer service
  • Work with a variety of systems for report generation
  • Analysis of standard processes and new demand to ensure the continual drive for sales improvement
  • Provide proactive communication to key stakeholders
  • Lead Tech Sales team for Bu North
  • Define Contact strategy and processes to deliver sustainable business growth in line with overall Bu strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Lead change management and implement new tech projects
  • Coach and develop GCC, define roles and responsibilities and act to ensure delivery of tasks
  • Act as an expert user / 3rd line support for defined sales systems (E.g. Cognos, Sellfi, CSR and Salesforce)
  • Seek out efficiency savings (both time and cost) in new ways of working and standard and structure
  • Provide in depth  analysis, recommendations and new process design
  • Define Sales strategy and capabilities
  • Lead & implement Transformational & technical sales projects
    Delivering customer focused analysis and recommendations
  • Analytical skills

  • Manage data and reporting delivery from our off shore team to the business with SLA’s
  • Individual and / or team KPI’s as defined within the ABI Target Setting Process
  • New efficiency implementation in key field processes

About the candidate:
  • University degree
  • 8 years of experience in FMCG
