Supply Transition Manager

YOUR JOB

Within the area of Logistics domestic processes Europe be the project manager and SPOC for new demands into Prague and Kharkov, transitions into Prague and Kharkov, and transitions from Europe to GCC India.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES

  • Be the architect and driver for realizing transition projects and the transition part of larger initiatives. With that in mind, you will have to work closely with bands 3, 4 and 5 in the BSC and Functions.  Be able to consider the end-to- end aspects of processes, challenge stakeholders, agree actions with them, hold them accountable, escalate where needed. A high level of self-governance and ability to work autonomously is required ! 
  • Be the leader for driving project to completion. Ensure together with the BSC directors, and Macroprocess leads proper project governance.
  • Function as the gatekeeper on transition and inflow methodology.
  • Discuss and validate project resource requirements and allocations together with the function/macroprocess responsible for the execution. Make sure that all phases are properly supported with people that have the ability to perform the tasks at hand, as well as the correct time allocation. And if needed be able to negotiate with management to get the necessary priority assigned. 
  • Act as the PMO for these projects: Involvement in building the business case, monitor progress, track cost vs plan, track estimated benefit vs initial estimates, Report regularly to Solutions Mancom on the status of projects in scope. In case of deviation from plan, take initiative together with local management to draw up action plans to bring the project back on track. 
  • Support the project through the full lifecycle, draw up communication plans, communication content, knowledge transfer plan, arrange travel related to KT, organize logistics for the KT, SRT, hypercare,…
  • Manage new demands/inflows related to volume, complexity, small scope additions in parallel. Responsible for smooth inflow of these into the operations. Be guardian of the process, ensure position id’s created, job descriptions in place, banding done in time, etc
About the candidate:

YOUR GENERAL SKILLS 

  • Being able to think out of the box. Have good common sense. Be able to challenge Center leads, Macro Process Leads, Process Leads on established ways of doing things in order to uncover opportunities for improvement. 
  • Really be able to drive the discovery process, challenging of ways of working, and implementation of initiatives across both locations Kharkov and Prague 
  • Able to work independently, take initiative to make things happen 
  • Highly structured and systematic approach to delivering solutions 
  • Customer oriented work standards / approach 
  • Able to cope with very unstructured demands 


YOUR LANGUAGE SKILLS  


  • Fluent in English. Good communicator both orally and in writing.
