Business analyst (process transformation change) 

As a Business Analyst (process transformation & change) you will support building process design for commercial projects and improve processes across countries using new and best proven technologies from global market. Drive implementation of transformation initiatives in commercial and sales functions across multiple countries You will work in a quickly changing and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders across Europe.

Some of your tasks:
  • Participate in Project Plan preparation and implementation: planning, assessment, design, implementation and handover to BAU (Business As Usual)
  • Support on project deliverables, follow up on timeline, activities and deadlines
  • Guarantee alignment on ways of working of To Be design
  • Identify and manage risks connected to project implementation
  • Foresee and resolve any problems, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts between the parties ofproject
  • Prepare the status reports and dashboards according to the project plan
About the candidate:
Your profile:
  • Experience with creating and identifying opportunities for process efficiencies
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Capability to analyze AS-IS and propose TO BE processes
  • SAP / Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
  • Straight forward approach
  • Ability to build productive working relationships across functional areas
  • Ability to cope with continuous change and support the implementation of change
  • Customer oriented work standards/approach
  • Strict to timelines for yourself and other people
  • Mobility: 25% of time spent travellingabout the Company
