Bonus Management Senior Analyst
Purpose of the Job
Maintenance and processing of Bonus Management contracts in ERP/Handling of customer invoices and volume statistics
Main characteristics: (Challenges)
- Work in a quick changing environment
- Ability to work in multiple applications
- Prioritizing workload in order to ensure achievement of daily targets
- Ensuring customer service quality
- KPIs: operational KPI defined for the process
- Targets: personal targets, internal or external client satisfaction, department budget
- Support BU target achievement
- Respect of SLA’s
