Bonus Management Senior Analyst

Purpose of the Job

Maintenance and processing of Bonus Management contracts in ERP/Handling of customer invoices and volume statistics

About the candidate:
  • Check, verify, calculate and process/book bonuses in ERP SAP via mass-runs
  • Control on the customer invoices and input the data into the databases (CMT, SAP ERP and MS
  • Access)
  • Invoice coding
  • Maintenance of bonus contracts during contract life cycle
  • Provide information regarding the processed activities to internal clients
  • Create/envelope/send documents to the customers
  • Process requests created by CSC Front Office agents via ECP SAP
  • Perform credit checks for sales regarding existing/potential customers
  • Providing support to other team members (task follow up, proper training, project support)
  • Perform other duties as requested by the team leader
  • Ensure compliance with BSC standards, AB InBev policies and SLAs
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding all SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and safety training requirements
Develop People
  • Initial training, internal training plan, ability to work with various IT-systems
Relationship Management
  • Assist relationship building between the BSC, business unit and customers
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate relationships with third party providers
  • Cooperate with other BSC teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities
Qualifications and Technical competencies required

  • Undergraduate degree in finance or related field of relevant experience
  • Experience
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
  • Basic experience with working in SAP environment is an advantage
