YOUR JOB
Process incoming orders from Export Direct and Intercompany Customers according to the order process definitions to assure deliveries, invoicing and resolution of requests according to agreed SLAs/KPIs.  Be the first point of contact for the Order taking related matters in Global Export Logistics department. Enhance relationships with Customers to improve customer satisfaction. Improve correct order placement processes with customers. Support of order taking activities related to exports from North America zone.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES

  • Process all incoming orders from customers received electronically according to ABI procedures
  • Verify completeness and correctness of orders and confirm to customer: quantity, lead time, availability of product, credit limit check, delivery dates, transport details
  • Process all incoming requests from customers (Salesforce ticketing tool) in timely manner, follow up with respective departments.
  • Deal with changes requested by customers and with any possible issues
  • Train newcomers and support them during on-boarding
  • Cooperate with the different teams in Prague logistic center and with the team located in the US
  • Provide visibility on the orders to the customers
  • Seek process improvements.  Support structural improvements (PDCA & Risk Management follow-up) & projects.
  • SLA, KPI and Excellence Program dashboard tracking support.

YOUR GENERAL SKILLS
  • Logistics understanding, especially in regards to sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Interpersonal skills / Assertiveness & Communication
  • General business sense.  
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Team player,  Detail oriented / Accurate,  problem solving skills.
YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Logistics Experience in an ideally FMCG Company is a plus.
  • Working in process-oriented organization
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
YOUR LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Fluency in English
  • Average knowledge of other Western European languages (DE, FR, SP, IT)
YOUR EDUCATION LEVEL / TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Education level: Graduate degree
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP / System minded
