About the role:

  • Effective GR management to help in creating an environment within which the business can reach its potential;
  • Management of the key regulatory and reputational risks;
  • Development and implementation of government affairs strategy;
  • Consulting and coaching the heads of functions and business units on the regulatory ramifications and boundaries of commercial decisions;
  • Support of the development and delivery of global GR policies and strategy;
  • Cooperation with State authorities;
  • Cooperation with the regional authorities;
  • Cooperation with nongovernmental organizations;
  • Cooperation with cross-sectoral associations;
  • Monitoring of the legislative environment;
  • Crisis management.

About the candidate:

  • University degree;
  • More than 5 years of work experience in the GR or government body;
  • Deep knowledge of government system, decision-making process, industry associations;
  • Experienced in dealing with high level contacts in the regulatory, governmental and media environments;
  • Experienced in supervising the activities of external consultants;
  • Strong communication, project management, analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to influence others;
  • Well-developed leadership and organizational skills;
  • Sound judgment with an ability to identify risks and opportunities and act both independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluent English as a must.
