IT Project & Delivery Manager – Commercial Solutions 
We are looking for an ambitious talent with a lot of drive, eagerness to learn and sense of ownership.
As a Project Manager you are end-to-end responsible for the delivery of transformational projects, from inception to hand-over to operations.
You will cope with well-known IT companies and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring the consistency with our company strategy, commitments and budgets. You will be in a steering role to shape the future IT environment and IT strategy of the world largest brewery.
Build and maintain a partnership with the commercial business 
Build alignment with the Global organization and internal departments (architecture, operations, value creation, …) on the targeted solution.
Guard the budget, operating model and planning.
Gather (and challenge) requirements, coordinate process design.
Conduct suppliers’ selection process.
Ensure on-time delivery of project tasks (including activities of internal and external IT suppliers).
Ensure smooth change management and handover to operations
Conduct post-implementation review
About the candidate:
Strong helicopter view
Ambitious goal setter & goal getter
Experience in working with outsourcing models
Project Management experience
Proven track-record of handling multiple projects at the same time
Strong financial & planning skills
Good communicator & good influencer
Stress resistant
Experience with business/solutions analysis and technical affinity
SAP/Salesforce platform knowledge is an advantage
Willingness to travel (20%)
Master (or equivalent through experience)
