IC/Employer Brand & Engagement Manager - BU

The main purpose of the role is to drive an integrated & insightful Communications strategy for the Business Unit, leveraging a common game plan on Internal Communications & Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Brand in order to elevate our internal & external employer brand to attract & engage the best talents for ABI.

Internal Communications & Engagement
  • Apply & localize the Internal Communication objectives, standards, tools, guidelines, structure (channel, target audience, frequency & content calendar) & reporting based on business strategy & needs of the Business Unit
  • Work closely with the Employer Brand & Engagement Lead Europe to ensure all Internal Communication initiatives are aligned in the Business Unit
  • Drive key Internal Communication projects & campaigns in the Business Unit ensure all initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and that communications are consistent across all mediums & with external communications
  • Drive the Engagement process for the Business Unit, in close collaboration with the Employer Brand & Engagement Lead Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Unit Mancom & People team on communication topics
  • Drive local recognition programs in the Business Unit
Diversity & Inclusion
  • Lead the localstrategy & initiatives around Diversity & Inclusion for the Business Unit, creating programmes and mechanisms that drive Diversity and Diverse perspectives
  • Partner closely with the Employer Brand & Engagement Lead Europe & the People team to drive initiatives around Diversity & Inclusion across thePeople processes, aligned with Europe standards
  • EnableSenior Leaders within the Business Unit with D&I messaging
  • Collaborate with various internal and external teams, to ensure the D&I messaging is reaching our audience via the appropriate communication channels
  • Track key metrics and KPIs to meet established goals, objectives and deliverables
Employer Brand & content
  • Localize the marketing strategy, dream & journey of our Employer Brand in the Business Unit, aligned with the Employer Brand & Content Manager and the Talent Acquisition Lead in Europe
  • Works closely with the Employer Brand & Content Manager on activating our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and its associated creative platform
  • Generate and present best-in-class marketing content and collateral, help create targeted messaging/marketing campaigns and building communities
  • Develops an annual plan & strategy to increase awareness and consideration of ABI as an employer in the Business Unit, ensuring Zone strategy localization & implementation in line with Europe standards & local needs
  • Collaborates on content creationfor candidate& employee engagement activities to drive internal and external awareness of company culture and our people’s stories.
Event management & Change Management
  • Guide the Business Unit President to organize senior leaders meetings (e.g. Monthly Leadership call,e tc), to align agenda development , logistics & on site coordination.
  • Support change adoption and deployment of organizational changes in the Business Unit & ensure that the organization has the capabilities to sustain the change, in line with Zone strategy & standards
Governance & routines
  • Works closely with the Communications Capabilities Cell in our Zone Capabilities Center in Prague (CZ)
  • Works closely with the Employer Brand & Content Manager Europe and with the Employer Brand & Engagement Lead Europe on localizing the integrated strategy around Internal Communications & Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Brand is defined & implemented correctly
  • Act as a Commnications guru,enabling our employees to be true ABI Ambassadors and influencers through appropriate training and guidance
  • Owns & leads one or more key topics for the Zone on a rotating base (E.g. D&I, Engagement, etc)

About the candidate:
Qualifications and Technical competencies required

  • University degree
  • Successful first experience in Sales, Supply or the Support Functions (specific communications expertise not a requirement)
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Diplomatic approach
  • Good communicator
  • Persuading & Influencing
  • Strong planning, process management and decision making skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • High level of drive and energy
Technical competencies:
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Sound understanding of our business, culture and structure

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Native English
  • Good with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
