Are you the person we are looking to join in one of our brewing sites in Belgium: Leuven or Jupille or Hoegaarden producing over 2 million bottles, 1.8 million cans and 13,000 kegs in a single day? 

What will you do as First Line Manager?

You’ll be the perfect fit, if like us you have a passion for beer. In this role you will be responsible for leading teams (depending on department: Packaging/Maintenance/Brewing) daily and weekly activities in order to meet departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirements for service and quality at optimum cost through the conformance to agreed ways of working.

How you will do it? 

Some of your duties will include leading Team's shift by promoting & ensuring compliance to safety within plant and to meet the department’s KPI’s and adhere to agreed processes (SLAs, H&S). 
You will be acting as interface to Packaging/Brewing/Maintenance Manager concerning issues about: team, equipment, conditions, people, processes, daily operations issues, dependencies to other departments.
About the candidate:
What capabilities we look for? 
  • Sound knowledge of production/brewing/packaging or logistics processes in dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lead & motivate a team or group of individuals and develop & maintain a high-performing team
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Flexible - open to work on shift based rotation system
  • Charismatic and good influencer, able to challenge management and staff where appropriate
