ERP+Interface Expert Export


YOUR JOB

The main purpose of the job as ERP + Interface expert in the Export Logistic department is to monitor all incoming and outgoing messages from ERP to other zone systems, analyze root cause of message failures and resolve the issue with various experts and IT teams.
In this position you will be SPOC for Logistics department towards internal/external IT teams in case of technical issues, raising system change requests. You will act as expert user for regression testing and UAT testing. You will support project implementations, identify opportunities for system improvements and develop ERP knowledge of the end users.
If your job is not done properly, you will impact creation of invoice and documents on time, which can generate extra VLC costs.
With this position you will be able to further improve your stress-resistance and prioritization skills as you will be working in dynamic environment. By co-operating closely with other teams located around the globe, you will improve your influencing and negotiation skills in multicultural environment. You will get familiar with project management and also improve your Excel skills and ERP technical knowledge.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing IDOCs to ERP and follow up on issue resolution
  • Support the Global Export/Import BSC Logistics team as ERP business expert user
  • Ensure that all interface messages are delivered on time to secure Service Level delivery to customers and extra costs avoidance
  • Help the end users in trouble shooting on system related issues
  • SPOC towards system providers for system developments, testing and raising change request
  • Responsible in BSC Logistics for regression testing coordination and Participate as expert user
  • Coordinate any ad hoc issues and requests from your Line manager
  • Report KPIs and take actions to improve service quality
About the candidate:
YOUR GENERAL SKILLS
  • Strong analytical, detail oriented and problem solving skills.

YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 1-3 years work experience with SAP Module SD/MM as key user on daily basis or SAP consultant
  • Work experience in Logistics, User support is advantage
YOUR LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Fluency in English
  • Spanish, Portuguese or other language is a plus
YOUR EDUCATION LEVEL / TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Education level: Graduate degree
  • Technical skills: SAP/ERP - SD/MM Module advanced level is must, MS office – Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), Knowledge of other SAP Modules, XI/PI/PO or Sales Force is advantage
