Planning Transformation Lead, Europe


Job Purpose:
  • Planning Transformation: responsible, alongside European Process Owner, for Program Management of the European Demand Planning Transformation
  • Continuous improvement: Program Management of various initiatives (projects) within Supply & Demand Planning, for Europe, with focus on efficiency & value creation
Main accountabilities:
  • Drive standardization E2E (End to End) design exercise of all processes linked to the function: One Europe way of working = unified standardized processes, best in class, benchmarked against other companies
  • Define dream KPI's for the to-be processes with target values to reach the best in class way of working
  • Define & consolidate pre-requisites for best in class processes -> prioritize into initiatives
  • Define tools & systems that will support the standardized way of working: assessment, supplier selection, supplier management
  • Be the bridge between the Business to ensure End to End (E2E) approach, bringing stakeholders together
  • Define long term integrated roadmap to implement standardized processes for Europe E2E in business & BSC
  • Deliver business case & Project Charters
  • Secure the Budget for implementation
  • Implement initiatives on the roadmap: the initiatives will impact way of working for all FTE within the functional area
  • Define and lead project governance routines
  • Coaching and development of one direct report
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of projects
About the candidate:
Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in Demand Planning 
  • Previous experience in the functional area and/or transformation related to the functional area
  • Project Management experience with solid knowledge of IT/IS and BSC Operations (including experience on Budgeting, Business Case, Roadmap) is an advantage
  • Degree Education preferred
  • Effective communicator, relationship builder
  • Initior and manager of change
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
  • Fluent in English
