Payroll Coordinator - Team Lead

As a Payroll Coordinator  you are responsible – together with your direct report(s) -  for the day-to-day payroll activities for executives, white collars, non-actives and Luxembourg. Besides the Payroll scope you will be involved in different projects (process optimisations, training delivery,…) 

  • Manage your team effectively in order to ensure correct and timely payment of salaries and premiums.
  • Liaise with the external payroll provider.
  • Checks error messages, examines unclear issues and requests additional information from the stakeholders (time administrators, line managers, people business partners, external providers, …).
  • Follow-up on the completion of social security and employer documents.
  • Electronic classification of employee files. 
  • Sanity checks on the accuracy of the master data, controlled by our master data team.
  • Participates in projects.

About the candidate:

For this role we are looking for someone with proven experience in payroll. Key is the willingness to engage in our organisation and take ownership over your scope and development. Experience with leading a team is a plus.
