Customer Experience Transformation Manager
Digital Transformation Manager will focus on improvement of Customer Experience for AB InBev B2B Clients.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ANALYSIS
Analysis of current ABI Customer experience via interviews and surveys
Identification of Customer experience gaps and improvement opportunities
BUSINESS PROCESS DESIGN
Definition of future End 2 End Customer journeys using design thinking method
Design ABI internal capabilities (process / technology / organization / data) to support End 2 End Customer journey
Testing of Customer Experience design with Clients focus group
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TRANSFORMATION
Implementation of initiatives to improve Customer experience taking full ownership for new solution
Ensure customer satisfaction with new capabilities, implementation of project as per roadmap and business case, stability of new solution
PROJECT PLANNING and T&M
Cooperation with project team members to establish and maintain integrated project roadmap
Planning of project activities to ensure optimal project execution and use of available resources
Preparation of project status update materials and report out to the transformation project team on regular basis
TRANSFORMATION RISKS MANAGEMENT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Drive risk assessment for transformation initiatives, prepare risk mitigation actions and coordinate the execution
Create and implement change management plan for the respective scope in close cooperation with entire project team
TRANSFORMATION STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Create stakeholder analysis to be taken into consideration for project implementation
Design governance model to provide regular project status update to stakeholders
Prepare customized materials to inform relevant stakeholders groups about project scope, key activities and possible project impacts
About the candidate:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
University level degree in Business Administration/Economics
English: fluent oral and written
Commercial /Sales Function experience in multi-national company
Project management experience 2 years + (IT-related projects will be a plus)
Strong presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
