Job description:
  • Team management
  • Drive team performance;
  • Recruit, engage and develop team members;
  • Drive Procurement excellence, benchmarking,  best practice sharing across teams;
  • Suggest new ways of improving performance and optimizing processes;
  • Monitor Category and contracts performance, price variance and take appropriate corrective actions when needed;
  • Participate in Category budgeting process
  • You will be working in young dynamic international teams
  • You can make a real difference in delivering beer to our customers!
About the candidate:
What do we expect from you:
  • Fluent English and Russian language
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Strong communication and stakeholders management skills;
  • ~3 years working experience: Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial, Financial and international work experience leading teams;
  • Analytical mindset
  • Customer and business orientation
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in challenging FMCG environment of the world’s biggest beer company
