Digital Transformation Manager 


PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are looking for an experienced project manager to help us further develop & implement our contract management solution in Europe. 

As part of this role, you will…
  • Deliver commercial projects related to contract management end to end from design to implementation.
  • Manage internal stakeholders from Commercial and Solutions functions
  • Manage resource planning and coordination including third party suppliers
  • Perform detailed project planning and manage project execution according to plan & within defined budget
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • You will lead, provide guidance on application and integration development, working closely with functional specialists to develop creative business solutions.
  • Drive conversations with our business stakeholders and external implementation partners armed with best practices
  • Review and correcting project direction, approach and keep programs on track and solutions maintainable going forward. 
  • Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party vendors

  

About the candidate:
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
  • IT background required 
  • Experience in working on outsourcing models 
  • Experience with business/solution analysis and customization/programming.
  • Project management experience 
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Used to customer-centric way of working 
  • Knowledge and understanding of business processes
  • People management skills – Leader 
  • Good communicator 
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Stress Tolerant
  • Fluent in English. Additional language in Dutch/Flemish or French is an advantage
