Order Management Sr Specialist Weekend

Coordinate the finished goods and empties flows within the BNL 1st tier network in an efficient and optimal way during the weekend in order to guarantee availability for both internal (production lines) and external customers (1st tier customers). Ensure weekend order fulfillment for VMI AH, Allocate stock to orders and follow up.  Identify & analyze risks for out of stock + find and coordinate solutions to mitigate.  Identify & analyze risks for obsoletes + find and coordinate solutions to mitigate.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES
  • Thursday to Sunday workweek
  • Follow up on VMI AH
  • Follow up on fax, mail, EDI and tickets.
  • Book slots at customer side in the customer slot booking tool.
  • Decide from which location orders will be sourced 
  • Stock balancing between ABI locations inside Belgium by creating a daily planning
  • Align on solutions with breweries in case of high stock levels
  • Analyze the  need of products produced in Belgian plants according to forecast and approve orders
  • Escalate potential out of stocks
  • Support week activity with pre-work and order input in advance
  • Follow up on weekend fillings (warm room and Tilo) and work together with 
About the candidate:
YOUR GENERAL SKILLS
  • Analytical: Show the ability to learn processes quickly, also the more complex ones 
  • Communication: Show strong communication skills to interact with a broad and diversified audience (carriers, breweries, scheduling teams)
  • Problem solving
  • Self driven & pro-active
YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Logistics/supply chain roles (stock management, planning, scheduling)
YOUR LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • good knowledge of English, Knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus.
YOUR EDUCATION LEVEL / TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Education level:  Logistics degree, higher educational level or equivalent through experience
  • Behavioral skills: Team spirit, flexible and stress-resistant. Also ABI culture adherence. Flexible to work over shifts.
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP /  TMS portal experience is an advantage / System minded
